RECYCLING AT NORTH – CORRECTION
Styrofoam cups are not recyclable so please do not but them in the blue recycling container - our apologies for the misinformation. In order to be good stewards of all God has given us, we will do our best in finding a paper cup that holds hot beverages as well as fits in our current dispensers. Please do continue to use the blue bins for paper, cans, plastics, boxes, glass containers, magazines and newspaper. As a reminder, no food or beverages go into the recycling bins, just clean, dry and empty recyclables only. Thanks for your help in recycling.
KEEP IN PRAYER
Please keep in prayer the following:
Austin Souto as he serves through Solid Rock Outdoor Ministries this summer
The Nevins' family as they launch Fuel the Mission in Ecuador
WOMEN: SUMMER STUDIES
Making Children Mind Without Losing Yours by Dr. Kevin Leman
Wednesdays, June 16th-July 28th, 9:00 - 11:00 a.m., $10 book fee, North Bible Church (please note change in location)
Yes, you can raise responsible, happy children without raising your blood pressure! Dr. Leman understands why children behave as they do. He lets you in on all the secrets. You'll be relieved to realize that you can love your child without loving everything he or she does...that you can motivate your child...that you can improve your child's self-esteem - and your own - with a loving, no-nonsense approach to child raising.
Esther - It's Tough Being a Woman by Beth Moore
Thursdays, June 17th-August 12th, 6:30-8:30 p.m., $17 book fee, home of Shelly Lewis
Join Beth Moore in an in-depth and very personal examination of this great story of threat and deliverance. If you've ever felt inadequate, threatened, or pushed into situations that seemed overpowering, this is the study for you. Just as it was tough being a woman in Esther's day, it's tough today. Beth peels back the layers of history and shows how very contemporary and applicable the story of Esther is to us. This portion of God's Word contains treasures to aid us in our hurried, harried and pressured lives.
