Instructions for Baptism 
 
Baptism is one of the most important and meaningful experiences of the Christian life.  We rejoice with you as you have trusted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, and have chosen to identify with Christ through the sacrament of baptism.

The Sunday you are to be baptized, please meet the pastor 20 minutes before either the 9:00 or 11:00 a.m. service, depending upon which service you have chosen.  The pastor or Sharon Smith will let you know where to change.  Parents may assist children with preparation.

YOU WILL NEED TO BRING
      • Bathing suit
      • Non-transparent T-shirt and shorts (to wear over bathing suit)
      • Hair dryer, toiletries, etc.
      • Plastic bag for wet clothing
      • Towel

Your Certificate of Baptism will be sent to you or given to you at the time of your baptism.

Please call the church office at 480-991-3036 or fill out form below to schedule your baptism. Baptisms are on the third Sunday of each month.

1/16, 2/20, 3/20, 4/17, 5/15, 6/19, 7/17, 8/21, 9/18, 10/16, 11/20, 12/18
