Chad Allen
Lead Pastor
Born and raised in California, Chad made the decision to follow Christ as a teenager. Feeling a call to ministry right out of high school, he served 20 years as a Pastor to youth and families at River Oak Grace Community Church in Oakdale, California. He then followed a call to be part of the Lord’s work in Northeast Ohio and the greater Cleveland area, and served for 12 years as Lead Pastor at Cuyahoga Valley Church in Broadview Heights, Ohio. The Lord recently led Chad to be “re-deployed” again to be part of Christ’s kingdom work in the west and he now serves as Lead Pastor at North Bible Church in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Chad holds a BS in Religious Studies and a Masters in Theological Studies from Liberty University. Chad and his wife, Rica have been married for 30 years and they have been blessed to grow their family through adoption, including one son, Cruz, and two daughters, Isabelle and Faith. Chad enjoys traveling to new places and trying new experiences, especially with his family. You’ll often see him on a motorcycle, a golf course, a coffee shop, a barbq, a movie theater, a gun range, a racquetball court, or hiking, usually with a family member or friend.
